State Bank Of India [SBI] — unnecessary charges in my loan account.

Dear sir
I am a customer of SBI BANK. I have a loan account [protected]. In my account the bank charge me 5 times bank charges in the name of ACCOUNT KEEPING CHARGES, CASH HANDLING CHARGES, INSPECTION CHARGES the total of 5602.99 rs.
Now I am requested to bank for reply and reverse my payment. But no response and sufficient answer by bank.
So please reply and do a needful job.
