State Bank Of India [SBI] — unresponsive sbi bank staff | |||
I, navneet shukla s/o dharni dhar shukla. My father (65+years old) had deposited a cheque (Cheque no-43208) around 2.5 months before and he has not received his money yet. When he asked about this, he was informed that his cheque has been missed by bank staff. I have a doubt it was done deliberately. Since that date they always said to come either next day/day after tomorrow till now. I must say such an unresponsive staff in sbi bank. It's very difficult for him to come to the bank every now. Everyday when i am trying to get an update from sbi branch manager i am getting same answer (We have already written a latter to the branch head office and let you know.) since two months. I have already reached out to cms online sbi, samadhan app,[protected], sbi branch manager, nodal officer and general manager many times but i am not getting proper response from above. Also i want to tell you that cheque 43208 was issued by gram pradhan for pradhan mantri swachh bharat abhiyan and it is very difficult to reach out again to gram pradhan in order to re-issue the cheque. So can you please take a look on this matter and take any action as soon as possible. I am attaching photo of cheque.
