State Bank Of India [SBI] — Upi payment amount has been debited but not credited to the recipient

Address: Near siddharod temple , Anand nagar road, old hubli , hubli Karnataka

On 5th of August At 6:27 approximately
I have transferred 3000/- To
Mr. Mansoor pasha
Upi ID : [protected]@oksbi
Transaction Reference Number:[protected]

The amount got debited from my account and it showed the transaction is successfully completed

But the recipient has not received the money in there Bank account

I have contacted sbi through email
support.[protected]@sbi.co.in

As per sbi team they are saying that the money has been credited successfully to the receiver ..

But the recipient has not received the money in there Bank account
