I have used PAYTM as a UPI app for making a UPI payment on 20 FEB 2022 with reference no[protected]. The payment was successful from my end but haven't received by the merchant, when I have enquired with Paytm and the merchant I paid. Paytm Said we can only provide the reference no. And contact bank for any other details. Merchant that is airtel, said that the payment may have failed due to any of the technical issues like network, timeout etc.. be will give you ARN no and make a chargeback complaint, The ARN no is[protected] . I need the refund as soon as possible.
