[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — UPI transaction failed in SBI Collect

I paid my application fee on 21 May 5:38PM of RS 500 from my State bank of India Account to DTE ASSAM SCTE PAT in SBI COLLECT through UPI. Money debited from my bank account but In SBI COLLECT the payment shown is Failure.
Please resolve the issue and help me to get my Refund.
