Respected sir,
I tried transferring money from SBI Anywhere app's UPI section to my Axis account.
The transaction was declined and the amount was deducted.
I tried calling the customer care of SBI and they were of no help.
Tried mailing at upi.[protected]@sbi.co.in but first time I mailed, they asked for reference number.
In second mail they asked for mpassbook screenshot. I provided everything but still there is no response from them.
The customer care executives said me to raise a dispute through Sbi Anywhere AppUPIUPI transaction historydispute.
I tried this and the dispute was open till the morning and when I checked back in the evening it was closed without any resolution through them.
Understand a common man's problem, guys.
I am attaching screenshots of whatever was happening.
They don't seem to understand anything.
