I used my debit card on an ICICI's POS machine at Moolchand Hospital on 7th Nov 2020 for a payment of Rs 4700, which was later made a void sale since it included a blood test which costed Rs 2000 which I need not take. The staff at the counter assured me that she had made a genuine void sale transaction for the same amount, Rs 4700 and I would get the refund in 2-3 days. So I made another payment of Rs 2700 for the necessary services in the hospital. On 9th Nov, 2020, I enquired from the counter regarding the void sale transaction as it hadn't been credited to my account yet and the staff told me that she had done everything right from her end and to contact my bank. On 10th Nov, 2020, I called up SBI's helpline no. [protected] and registered my complaint with a registration no. [protected]. But till today, 13th Nov 2020, there has been no updates about my complaint status and the amount of Rs 4700 has not yet been credited to my account. I am suffering because of the slow response to my complaint. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
