State Bank Of India [SBI] — welcome gift voucher of 500 rs.not received

Hi already paid the first bill on 28 feb 2019 but not yet received voucher. What is the issue. Is that big deal for sbi to provide the voucher which is committed by you or your executive at the time of approval. Kindly have a look in this matter coz i heard some people saying the faced the same issue and sbi doing fraud with customer. So open your eyes and solve this issue

Today suddenly my mom got message from "BW-SCISMS" that 147.50 Rs. debited from A/C. It's totally unethical, refund the money and bank should take care while transecting with others. A/c name holder is Vijaylaxmi Mahatma please make call to resolve other wise mail.
