State Bank Of India [SBI] — worst customer service

Dear sir/madam,

This mail is to inform you that i took a car loan ([protected]) from sbi (Branch code-31448), kota (Raj.). And accordingly to my sanction letter my emi is rs.8440 and the bank has deducted the amount of rs.8600.

As i explained all this to deputy branch manager (Ms. Jitendra kaur) and she forced me to close this loan. Customer service and the behaviour of deputy branch manager (Ms. Jitendra kaur) was very bad.

In that branch there is no bm and she was the only one higher official over there.

And i already put a complain on sbi customer complaint form and my complain no. Is [protected] and after this complain, system send me a bm's phone number and i called him but he already took retirement.

So, kindly solve and rectify my emi and refund my money back with interest asap.
