Dear sir,
On 16th october 2017 i deposited rs 15000 in my son`s account in polytechnic branch ahmedabad.
My son was at sikkim.
I inserted 15000 in atm and machine said hardware error and was locked.
I was unable to get my money back nor my money was in my son`s account.
I went inside bank and met at desk to mr. Amborkar he said
A. Give me application.
B it will take one week to get your refund.
I went to manager mr virendra thapar
A. He said you go and meet at desk officer, i said i had already met him. He said what ever desk officer said was right.
B. I asked him for his name he did not replied when i strongly asked him he said it is written outside.
C. I asked him for his senior manager name he did not answered and after arguing he said his clerk to give number of his senior. Very inappropriate
D. I was given by the clerk number of mr. Ganpat rathwa region 3
E. I gave my mobile no and account number of my son to desk officer mr amborkar
I met mr. Rathwa at hi zonal office he said i will look in the matter.
17.10.2017
I met mr. Amborkar desk officer and asked about money he said it will take 2 to 3 days
I went to mr rathwa senior manager at zonal office he said
A yesterday he has talked to branch manager
B the team will come and open the atm and you will get the money for sure.
C. Wait for sometime.
D. I said at least branch manager should give me reply that the process is going as he is having my mobile number.
My question is what is this system and what branch manger is doing instead of helping the customer he is making fun of him.
I have urgency and importance of my money as my son was waiting for money at sikkim. I have made necessary arrangement for his requirement after hassle.
I strongly recommend to remove this type of managers to silent places where they have to do back office work.
I will surely think to take my seven accounts in other banks.
