[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Wrong charge for "mopsothcrdrcard mumba" make on my statement

Hi There,

Today I was going through my SBI CC statement and observed 1-transaction on 29th March 2017 to "MOPSOTHCRDRCARD MUMBA"

I did not make this transaction and there is no any record of SMS of this transaction on my Mobile no.

So, Obviously it is not made by me. Also I am calling customer care and they are not picking phone calls.

Therefore, I want its cancellation and regeneration of my Statement.

Please help me.
