State Bank Of India [SBI] — wrong charges every time | |||||
I have an account in state bank since last 5 years. I getting the worst service from your masulkar colony branch which is in pimpri branch code is - 16846. I'm getting charged for the cheque which is canceled and i got charged 4 times for the same cheque and now i have stopped that cheque but again i have got charged for some other cheque which is not allocated to me. I spoke with the branch manager she is telling that it are genuine charges and will see if it will get refund or not. No one is supporting in that branch. I want to close this account and need refund of each an every amount i have been charged else i'll lodged an case against the sbi for doing fraud with the customer. The worst bank i have ever seen in my life. There is only single person sitting at that branch no staff allocated just to deposit an cash we have to wait minimum 30 min. We are not wasting our time to stand in an queue just to deposit our money and though we are doing that still are are cutting our money without reason.
