I applied for an ‘SBI SimplyClick’ Credit Card on 5th Dec, 2021. On the next day, i.e 6th Dec, 2021 an SBI Representative (wearing company uniform) visited my house and completed the eKYC process. He wrote SBI ‘SimplyClick’ Credit Card on the application form in front of me and said the card would be delivered in one week time.
Today on 10th Dec, 2021 an SBI card was delivered through courier and to my utter disbelief, it is a totally different credit card reading ‘Max SBI Card’.
This kind of horrible mistake is just unacceptable and ridiculous.
I want this wrong card to be cancelled immediately and the original card which I applied for and eKYC was taken be delivered as soon as possible i.e ‘SBI SimplyClick Credit Card’.
Also, my CIBIL Score should be unaffected for this negligence from SBI’s part for which the customer has to suffer for absolutely no mistake from my end.
