State Bank Of India [SBI] — wrong credit card issued in my name | |||
Hi, I had received a credit card from sbicard of type "prime" but was offered "simplysave" over phone call. Executive details are: name [mr abhishek] contact no. [[protected]]. He informed that we do raise a request for what we offer on call but from back-end it gets changed based upon customer profile. He had shared two email ids to raise concern [[protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com] My details are: Name - rudresh gaur Card type - prime Application number[protected] Interaction id - 1-[protected] Reference no[protected] I seriously request you that i am not able to pay that much amount without even doing any transaction. I have my liabilities on me and tried to ease my financial management but after having this card made things worse. I request you to either provide me a new simplysave card and waive these charges of prime along with i wish to surrender this card. Please please please help!
