I'm neeti panwar have recently opened a saving account no is.[protected] in sbi bank. On 22nd dec 2017, i tried to 3times to withdrawal cash but did not get cash from atm. Then after sometime i got a sms from sbi for wrongly deduction of rs. 4000/-. I registered my complaint on 23rd dec' 2018 via mobile banking. Tentative time to resolve the issue was 7days. But more than 20days has been passed. I did not get my cash back.
