I Have applied for Zomato IPO, through UPI Mandate from Bhim app. I used the funds available in my SBI account. Amount (₹.14820/-) blocked when I entered my UPI ID and recieved SMS as well, after i recieved SMS recieved notification from BHIM as "Mandate Failed". Later I didn't get the allotment for the IPO but my amount not yet refunded till today. I contacted SBI Customer Care where I was misinformed with Wrong Phone Numbers and mail IDs where I haven't recieved any response till today. I even raised complaint in BHIM website, i recieved response as this will be resolved but till today no action. Kindly find the snap of the SMS where it's shown "Amount Blocked"
