[Resolved] State Bank of India — SMS with wrong information

Dear sir, I have an S/B account in SBI Munirabad. Today I received a SMS stating that "Hold for INR 1, 00, 000.00 created in your account xxxxxx282929 on 17/10/14. Dbt Bal INR 90.014.21" After seeing this SMS I have cancelled all my other appointments and meetings, and rushed to the branch. There I got the message that It is sent only because I have not submitted the xerox copies of my ID card. Till today I have not received even a single message to submit these documents, and all of a sudden Bank has sent me this message. Who will be responsible for all the damages created by this message ? What if a weak hearted persons get a heart attack ? Instead you have sent us a message to close the account. I too got a message from bank for hold of 100000 in my account without aby prior information to submit so called documents that i had already submitted.Need to take action against this nuisance.

Sir Similar Issue Has Been Faced By Me Today. Just Few Minutes Earlier I Received The Same Message As You Have Mentioned. And Moreover Last Month They Blocked My Debit Card And When I Visited Branch They Said Your Pan Card Copy Is Not Updated Or We Lost The Copy It When You Might Have Submitted. Which Means Their Documents Gets Lost ??? Or Theft ?? And They Place A Hold ?

Sir Please Tell Me What Action Did You Took And What Can Be Done.

I too got a message hold for INR 6000 credited in your account but it was a false message, my all amount 4800 freeze as lien amount, but still showing in my pdf format account record, but in net banking showing zero.i need money
