Prior to this my account had a balance of 182.52 and there was a incorrect transaction wherein my account was debited twice for a purchase of Rs. 1500/-. Checked with the shop and found the dual entry is not listed in their settlement. Please assist on how to proceed further on this issue and what this Lien amount could be for.
