This is in reference to my above Saving Account, I would like to inform you that this Account was open in the year 1993 in my name i.e. SHIV DAYAL SINGH.
In the year 1995 after I get married, it has been converted into a joint account with my wife MUNNI DESHWAL.
Last year in March 2014 we both visit the bank branch and submit our documents i.e. copies of ID and address proofs. Apart from that a SBI Insurance namely SBI Life - Saral Swadhan + has been taken by me in my name @5000/- annual premium, 2nd Premium has been debited from the said account on 31.03.2015. My Policy no. is. 1J00639960, original documents not received as the address has been not correct.
I would like to draw your kind attention that we both lives in New Delhi, my mother had visited twice but Pass Book entry not being done. What is the reason I don’t know.
As stated above I am having this account since 1993 more than 22 years period, you should treat us as a privilege customer not like this. It’s very shocking to see this type of behavior or act on the banks part,
I hereby request you to kindly clarify the same otherwise as per the circumstances only one option is left for us that is whenever we visit our hometown we will close the said account and go for another bank for better service.
