The SBI manager(Arasarkulam Branch Pudukkottai district) gave irresponsible statement.he didn't respond customers (especially rural area customers) and doesn't know the actual plans in the SBI Bank. e.g, Actually My card is blocked but he told me like 'You can close the account & open the new account', Is this correct solution?. The customer didn't received the ATM card means, he told customers like 'Apply new ATM card' is this correct solution?, i think we should ask customer care right?
