[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Transaction rejected: Cash Deposit Machine accepted cash but not credited to my account.

Sir on 26th Aug on 12:39 PM i tried to deposit an amount of 12400 at the cash deposit machine at Karimganj Branch.But while i was on the last dialog button where it asked confirm, add more cash and cancel. I was little late in clicking the option and it displayed transaction time out. Please contact your branch and at that instant i went to the Chief Manager's Office and reported the incident. Later some of the bank official opened the cdm machine and told me that i had inserted a fake 500 note on the machine; as such the cdm hanged but i retaliated saying that people had deposited even after my failed transaction . They were trying to bring me at fault by saying that i had deposited a fake 500 note. Later they told me saying that leaving aside the 500 note they would deposit the rest 11900 to my account by the evening or the next day. To which i agreed and left the bank. Later in the evening around 5 PM they called me back saying that there was no excess cash in the atm and that they din't know about my money. This is my utmost request to the authority to kindly look into this grave issue and provide me a solution.First the official say i have deposited a fake note and later it say that they haven't got any money. Also please look into the matter as such my money gets credited to my account. SB Ac No: [protected]

Today I deposit it CDM in our Branch (Branch code 1329) INR 8000 and suddenly Transaction Failed, and no Receipt came out! I saw peoples everyday facing same problem in our Brunch no permanent solution, even Pass book printing machine got same problem, what kind of Banking service they are providing to us? harassment, Time waste that's all we are getting from then! Worst Banking Service!
Perhaps we should close our accounts in SBI!

Sir, i am from patna and on 24/04/2016 ON 07:47PM i tried to deposit an amount of 6200 at the cash deposit machine at KADAMKUAN PATNA.But while i was on the last dialog button where it asked confirm, add more cash and cancel. I was little late in clicking the option and it displayed transaction time out. and there was messesse inconvenience is regreted . kindly contact your branch or call 24*7 helpline at [protected] or[protected] because that day was sunday so i could not contact the branch but next day on mondey i went to branch one bank staf has sugested to meet a person that was busy in calculating cash of atm and cdm in a separate room. he filled complaint and submit with reciept that is given at the time of cash deposit he called me after 4 days. i went to bank on 28th april but result was very bad that person was saying that your money has been refunded here no your money. it is very big accident for me pleas help sir This is my utmost request to the authority to kindly look into this grave issue and provide me a solution.

I deposited an amount of 30, 000 on 30th April, Saturday at the cash deposit machine, Branch address is No.9/1, Mahalakshmi Chambers, Hotel Kamadhenu Building, M G Road, Bangalore - 560001, Opposite To Kotak Mahindra Bank. When I entered the entire cash in 1000 rupess notes, the machine did not accept 2 notes, I re-inserted those notes then It accepted one but did not accepted 1 note so I tried to replace with some other note but the transaction got cancelled during the middle of the process. I walked up to the branch manager, he asked me to write an application mentioning the whole scenario and I did it. He ensured me that the amount will be credited on Monday, 2nd May but It has not credited so far.

Dear Sir/Madam

I have deposited Rs 3000 in CDM, Chandrapura Near DVC Hospital on 24.08.2016 through Green Card but the transaction failed that time . Immediately the issue was conveyed to the ATM Guard, Mr. Karamchand. I have also visited Chandrapura SBI Branch several times to resolve this issue but nothing has been heard and told me that they could not do anything.

You are kindly requested to resolve the issue at the earliest.

मैं सावित्री कुमारी चंद्रपुरा बोकारो से1 मैने 24/08/2016 को CDM में GREEN कार्ड से 3000 रु डाली थी लेकिन रूपया मशीन में चला गया पर मेरे अकाउंट में बैलेंस क्रेडिट नहीं हुआ1 25 /08/2016को बैंक बंद होने के कारन मैंने 26/08/2016 को बैंक में complain की1 बैंक मेनेजर ने 5 दिन इंतजार करने को कहा1 उसके अगले दिन बैंक जाने पर मुझसे cc कैमरा से विडिओ फोटो निकलवाने का 2400 रु माँगा गया मेरे दूवारा विडिओ फोटो का पैसा देने से इंकार करने पर मेनेजर ने मुझसे 3000 रु भूल जाने को कहा 1
आपसे नम्र निवेदन हैं मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे और मेरे अकाउंट में 3000 रु क्रेडिट करने की कष्ट करे 1

Sir i deposit my cash in SBi Cash deposit machine at ADB paloura jammu on 08th April 2017. Machine accepted cash but cash not deposited to my account as mentioned below. Sir today i was depositing Rs. 4000/ by CDM . But when i was depositing it has given that "1 Note retained for verification, pls contact branch" . I deposited two notes of rs 2000. 2000*2 =4000/ total. But my account get credited by rs 2000/only...pls give me some solution for this.
