DEAR SIR I Would like to bring to the notice of RBI and others concerned that despite the guidelines issued by RBI, one of the DEBT RECOVERY AGENCIES OF SBII BANK CREDIT CARD, are still using threatening and illegal means of recovering the payments of credit cards. One man from RECOVERY AGENCY his name is Goutam Shaw & the contact no is [protected] he is from Kolkata he came to my home & shouting in the road by stating my mother that your son has taken money from SBI tell him to contact me else again I will come tomorrow even he is telling her give your phone I will call him from your phone even he is added call his wife quickly I want to talk to her --THEIR auth. agents for recovery have been regularly visiting my house and using all kinds of abusive to my old mother, filthy and threatening language for recovering the outstanding dues against my card. Even I have a word with a representative from SBI CREDIT CARD I have told him that what kind of problem that I am facing then he told me to make payment else go for a settlement even I have agreed to go ahead with the settlement with lesser amount from September onwards as dated 12 of the upcoming month but they are telling me before the billing date I have to make the payment means latest by 2nd September 2014 I need to make the first payment to there end which is quite impossible for me I can make him payment latest by 12th September 2014 but he added that he can’t help me on that & even if I will be not making the payment by the given deadline whatever he have provided me so again the agency people will go to my home & do the same think whatever he does with me previously. I have been in a financial mess for the last about Six Month, due to which my track of regular payment was spoiled.I, without fail .used to make payments with all the interest and every other charges.The bank earned a lot during the time I was earning well, but now I m not in a position to make any payments. I requested the recovery agent that it would take me a few months to settle their account but they are not listening and are continuously threatening me with dire consequences. I told them to follow the things legally but they are not listening. They are saying they would get my account settled at a very lesser sum if i pay them seperately, apart from paying to the bank. I request the concerned authorities to stop this way of collection or would be forced to drag the agency to consumer court and also take them to court for criminal charges for using illegal and threatening ways .     Hello Sir/Ma'am, My account number [protected]- jhonston ganj branch allahabad (Branch no. 01198) 50, 000 Rs/- was debited from my account by SBI on 2/August/2014. Branch manager told me that some anti social elements has withdrawn the money by fake cheque with fake signature. I gave written complaint to branch manager of Allahabad regarding fraud in my account with request to take action immediately, But so far no action has been taken by the branch manager yet. Please arrange to credit 50, 000 Rs/- with interest in my account immediately to avoid any legal case against the bank otherwise criminal case will be filed at Chief Judicial Magistrate for the arrest of Managing Director (CMD) - Branch Manager etc. All the cheques was in my safe custody & surrendered to the branch manager after the branch manager requested me to surrender the remaining cheques.     It's a very big issue, may be manager is involved in this issue.
    Without manager's involvement it's not possible.
    Yes, he is the main game planner.
    Money should be returned by the Manager or the SBI.
    Government banks are also not safe in these days..

      Transaction rejected: Cash Deposit Machine accepted cash but not credited to my account.

      Sir on 26th Aug on 12:39 PM i tried to deposit an amount of 12400 at the cash deposit machine at Karimganj Branch.But while i was on the last dialog button where it asked confirm, add more cash and cancel. I was little late in clicking the option and it displayed transaction time out. Please contact your branch and at that instant i went to the Chief Manager's Office and reported the incident. Later some of the bank official opened the cdm...

      Sir / Ma'am,

      I am Mr. Bhabani Sarma from Guwahati Assam . I am also an account holder in SBI .
      These days I am in Mumbai . and the thing is that, SBI tortured me a lot . No response from any
      employ when I asked for help . Due to technical malfunctioning I lost almost a huge amount of money
      almost 35000 /- .

      I had deposited an amount of 57000 /- rupees in guwahati branch and when I tried to withdraw an amount of 44500 /- at the date of 26 august 2014, a message is shown as DECLINED ... a message also came to my mobile phone mentioning DECLINED .. But when I tried to withdraw the amount from other ATM .. it says UNAVAILABLE FUND ... I went to nearest SBI office ... I met the CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER // I met the
      CASH OFFICER // but no response ... they said me to wait for 2 to 3 days as the matter solves ...where as my date of returning to Guwahati is 27 august 2014 ...My train ticket of 3125 /- is waste as because of that ...

      On the date of 27 august I got a message from my home branch that my matter is solved and I have almost 27000 /- rupees ... so I went to the SBI ATM again on 27th august ... I withdrawn 15000 /- of rupees and after that the same problem again ..the ATM shows UNAVAILABE FUND ... where as I have almost 12000 /- left in my account ...


      If this kind of issues regularly happens ...then for how many days I will stay in Mumbai ... Per day almost 5000 /- of amount is going from my pocket ... as because of the technical defaults of SBI...


      So I request the SBI authorities to look towards such kind of issues ... so the we common people doesn't get tortured any more ...

        I've deposited Rs. 18500/- (Rs.500 X 37 notes) in Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) at Chatrapur, Odisha Branch on 25th August 2014 at around 2:45pm. However the amount was not deposited in my account.I've given a written complaint to the Manager (PBD) and the ATM In-charge is also concern about the matter. However, still after 36hrs. the problem was not solved; as the amount not deposited into my account.

        Within 72 hours after the issue and within 24 hrs after posting in this forum, my issue was resolved. However, I've never faced any problem through the CDM (cash deposit machine) in my branch; the issue was due to lack of negligence by the staff/officer/in-charge due to whom it took too much late. Thanks Consumer Complaints Forum for helping me in this concert.

                    My father get a loan[protected]. The loan emi correct recovery him pass book. He expired on 12/04/2006.I direct meet the asst manager and get the documents.He say i donot verified the details you only pay the loan amount and he recovery rs.13200/- with out my permission in my account.Nine years later the loan pending i not know it.Why they action follow my account.Its state bank of india, manapparai branch, trichy d.T., tamil nadu.                       Dear sir, with respect to my credit card no.4377 xxxx xxxx 1726. there was fraud transaction on 26 of august 2014 at 10.30 hr from the merchant PAY U. with the help of mobile no.[protected] and [protected] of Rs 7999.0. The person name kapil sharma.and he said he was from sbi card ask to cofirm some details regarding my card and all his information was correct. the wost part is that i am trying to contact sbi card helpline since morning and just i have registered my complaint and still i am trying to talk about my adon card, but they dont want to receive.i have requested them to at least block the transaction from your side to merchant so that this transaction can be at least held up.what are their problem why they dont want to help constumer, i am yet to understand.                       I'm not sure how those people get my information.

                      She is calling from VISA/Master card. But below is my conversation.

                      S : I'm valuable customer and we send offer to your mailing address. Did you received verification letter from bank. ?

                      S: I need to check let me give 10 sec, and She told your address is not verify because of last time you didn't picked up phone.

                      S: Now she asked me credit card number
                      M: I told her How you can ask me for CC number over the phone. and I start soughing

                        I went to the bank to withdraw money from my Saving Account. A person named "Subham" (no one told me his name, not sure with the name as no one was ready to give me his name at the bank) was very rude to me just because I have not done the KYC of my account. I am in delhi and have home branch in Bangalore. I received no intimation from the bank for the same. HE THREATENED ME AND WAS TELLING REPEATEDLY THAT HE WILL BLOCK MY ACCOUNT. what a joke! how can any bank employ suspend my account, if I haven't broken any of the bank service agreement. :) This person started shouting and was acting as if I was taking money from his bank account! PPL like him (Subham) only brings bad name to the India's Biggest Bank. SBI should take some serious steps to monitor this kind of behavior.

                          My name is sadagopan. I have applied for housing loan at hoskote branch SBI 1.5 months back. I have submitted all the relevant documents and I have applied for minimum loan for my site purchase.( 9 lacs). They have done house verification and site verification 25 days back. but after that, as of now there is no communication from the branch and when we visit the branch, the concerned authority says that she will intimate by phone regd. the status . but always there is no reply.                             i always pay my mobile bill through e payment facility of sbi. this time i paid the mobile bill of rupees 112 through e payment. of bank. after this payment the mobile company conveyed that it has not received the amount. When i asked to the mobile company the staff also said that they have not received the amount.when i proceeded to sbi branch the staff said that the amount is debited from the bank. e payment statement is also shows that the transaction is failed. .after all it is clear that the mistake is of bank, so the bank shout refund my amount at the earliest.

                              it is submitted that my son had tried to withdrawal a payment of amounting Rs 5000 by ATM card no[protected] from PNB ATM Machine at Lakhanmajra, Distt Rohtak (Haryana) on date 10/08/2014 but payemnt of Rs not exit from ATM machine and amount of Rs 5000 deducted from my SBI account No [protected] name Shiv Kumar and Sunita Devi. this transection is made vide transection i.d 9021 .

                                  1. Respectfully I have to say that I am serving in INDIAN AIR FORCE and have DSP(Defence salary package) account with State Bank of India. My account no is [protected].


                                  2. I have withdrawn Provident fund Rs 325000/- from my INDIAN AIR FORCE which was credited in my SBI DSP account. The said SBI branch has transferred Rs 318000/- @interest of 9% to modified Balance(just like Fixed deposit)(Account no [protected]) on 10 Jan 13. The said SBI has deducted an amount on account of Tax. The details are[protected]

                                  3. As per policy of Income Tax Act, 1961, Tax on interest on Provident Fund Deposit is exempted.


                                  4. I have already complaint on the said matter to SBI Customer service vide OPS[protected] on 04 Feb 14. I have submitted written complaint to the Manager, SBI, Old Air field, Srinagar, J & K 190007 copy to Sri H Kulshreshtha/ Smt Rashmi Fauzdar, Banking Ombudsman, Reserve bank Of India Building, 2nd Floor, 6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi -110001.


                                  5. I have received a call from SBI Manager ( Mob No- [protected]) on 06 Aug
                                  14. I discussed the case with her. But her response was negative.


                                  6. Kindly look in to the matter and kindly give instruction to State Bank of India to credit the same amount my account at the earliest.

                                    sir/madem,
                                    Iam d 1o[censored]r accountholder in sbi branch near S.T.stand sangli.
                                    i had observe that the staff is very bad to handle costemer & each & every staff is talk as a boss of sbi as well as rudly.I am also telling you that they close their bank and finencial transaction at near about 3 pm every day, when i ask for the reson of early closing they told that the server is down or any other non-sence reson.Respected sir/madem iam hopind that u take some action on it.im not a professional complete writter so my english is also weak to write this.so, youunderstand my feelings that what should i want to tell you.
                                    i dont want to open my identity.so please i expect that you maintain my privacy.
