I have been trying to link my SBI account(which supports Mastercard)and every time i try...its i get a sms from sbi stating that "Dear customer, your txn at ATM 00000001 declined as the requested amount exceeds your daily withdrawal limit." Please help me with this!!

Me too facing the same issue. When I try to link my Master SBI Card, the message:

"We were unable to verify this card. Please review and make sure that the information you entered is correct. Your card billing address needs to match your PayPal postal address" is displayed in Paypal. (I'm sure I entered exactly the correct address)

And I receive an SMS: "Dear customer, your txn at ATM 00000001 declined as the requested amount exceeds your daily withdrawal limit".

I've been trying link my card past 6 months, but still im unsuccessful :( I'm repeatedly facing this same issue. . Coz of this, I'm unable to purchase my fav items online which supports only paypal payment. Please.. Pleasee... fix this issue ASAP. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

        2 fraudulent transactions were made on my SBI gold and more credit card of amount INR 29, 188.49 each which sums up to be INR 58, 376.98 at Target, Canada. The card was blocked by SBI itself on suspicion of fraud. I received the emails from the bank about the transactions which I saw in 3 hours from which the transactions were made. I called the bank immediately. I lodged a FIR with the New York Police Department the same day as I am visiting USA now. I submitted the dispute form, copy of my passport and the credit card scanned image to the bank as asked. Later I was told these transactions were in store transactions. Bank gave me a temporary credit which they revised again. I did not get acknowledgment that they got my documents. After several calls and emails yesterday one of the representative told that the case has been resolved against me and I have to pay the amount. Again in evening when i talked to a different representative he said the case is still open. I have never been to Canada and I didn't do the transactions. I am not receiving any update about the case from the bank which they said they will send to my registered email address. The customer service of SBI sucks and they are not at all helping their customers. Since I am out of india now can I file complain to RBI Ombudsman? What must I do? Please help

          on date[protected] ots fee recovered from 3--- trf no is[protected] amount deducted -575 rs from saving account no [protected].
          At that time br manager assured me that this amount deducted against the regularisation process of bank home loan interest . my home loan ac no is[protected]. After that i noted that the same is active upto i jan 2014. but on 1 jan 2014 again the rate of interest get up to 14 %. now is 12.5%.at that time pending loan amt is 90, 000/- . pl do the needful urgent . the complaint is for from long way pending.

          I approach the manager & discussed the matter, but still today the rate of interst is not regularised .
          pl regularise the rate of interst and reply the correct interest rate which is 9, 75 on home loan .And due to your faul dont punish me.pl add my extra amount deducted by you in the name of interest. to my account.

          i also right to demand that the difference must be added to my account .as early as possible.

          also i observed that the installment is calculated wrong for 95000 rs, at the same time, which is now 1300 ., as per your rule it should be 850.00, pl check the same and recalculate & apply immediately .

            I, mrs Sarita sharad parulekar have account in chembur station sbi bank. I lost my husbannd on 10.4.2014, after few Days i visited to bank for his fixed deposit no [protected]-5, Saving account no. [protected].
            But i was Told that my husband has not declare nominee and was told to prepare indiMinity bond. I have visited 24times till now to prepare indiminity, to show papers, took surety twice to bank as your staff was absent etc. Last i submitted the complete papers on 8th august 2014 and was told to come back on 11th august to collect pay order. BuT when i went there i was tolD to wait fOr two more daYs. I still waited, buT then again mAnager told me to come today, by saying he got lot of pending work.
            I am asking for my husbandS hsRd Effort monEy, my Pension Account is in Your Bank and you can check i dont have received any pension yet. i havectwo four daUghters, two married two unmarried. oNe is stuying, i am housewife. No one is working.
            I request you to see in my complaint immediate.

                I Kavita Chatterjee, received a phone call on 18th April 2014 from a recovery agent from SBI and he started in abusing language to threat me I told him that I have already put this case to SBI Nodal office for settlement but he is abusing me that He will kidnapped my both daughter (one is 7.5 yrs and another one is 1.5 yrs old) and sold my kids for human trafficking and pick me up and make me ### forcefully and recover his money. I am enclosing herewith my correspondence with Bank but I did not get any possitive response from bank which is started from 2012. today I again received a call from [protected] (Mr. Rocky Singh). When I told him that I am in touch with bank and already have launched a complaint in consumer court he started shouting and told me he will come back after getting all the details of mine from consumer and bank respectively. Today 18th March, 2014 I have received another obscene call from one of your recovery agent who had threatened to kidnap my wife, make my wife in prostituion, put goons in my house and abduct my children if i don't pay the money. Also they have called my wife's ex-boss and had threatened him that I do not pay he will get it from him.Please I do request you to get this matter resolved ASAP. I am sending a copy of this to the commissioner of police and women cell (Delhi NCR) to report the inconvenience .

                As per RBI Guidelines and verdict from H'nble Supreme Court of India:
                Customers should not be harassed or abused during the recovery process. For example, customers may be contacted only on telephone numbers provided by them and not on any other number. Calls or personal visits may be made during decent hours only. No abusive language may be used with the non-paying customer.
                RBI will take strict action against banks not complying with these guidelines.

                We have not received any action taken by bank. Still we are receiving recovery agents calls on regular basis. Please suggest where should we go to resolve all this. Whom we can visit for this issue. Should I go to bank or police station or somewhere else. Today (17.09.214 again a call received by me from the No.[protected] Mr. Amit / Mr. Vipul Devanji regarding full and final settlement. When I call on the customer care no. of SBI for authenticity of this call Ms. Jyoti has informed me that they are recovery agent not from bank. she has also given me my request no. for full and final (Req. No.[protected] and informed me that within 10 days bank personnel will call me regarding resolve this issue and immediately after the call I can confirm the authenticity of that call was from bank or recovery agent. But Mr. Amit and Mr. Vipul is insisting me to make full and final thru him immediately within 2 days. I dont have money to pay immediately.

                Please please please save us from all these fake people and resolve my issue. Aur show me some way where should I contact whom should I contact. Bank is not interefering at all in this matter.
                NOT TILL YET RESOLVED AGAIN WE ARE RECEIVING CALL FROM RECOVERY AGENTS AND WE ARE FED UP BANK IS NOT TAKING ANY INTIATIVE TO RESOLVED THIS ISSUE. PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND WHOM TO TALK ABOUT ALL THESE

                          I informed that my revised familypension accrued due recomedation 6th PC has not been accounted for in my account although S.DAO/NR- RLY/LKO authourity issued on date 04/06/2013. The RAILWAY division has sent revised PPO to your office through jankipuram branch of SBI . I requested you to expedite payment of commuted amount & arrears of pension falling due from 1.01.06 at the earliest to redress my financial problem. On my written ragisterd application dated16/07/2014 to your SBI main branch faizabad, your office located the file which laying undealt from 04/06/2013 .

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I am K.Murali and based in Chennai. I am holding SBI credit credit with last four digits 1649 and my mobile number is [protected]. I was offered an EMI account of 48842 in the month of April. In order to close that EMI account, I paid the same amount via my ICICI account. Also I called the SBI customer care people and informed them. They said the emi amount will be reduced every month from the repaid amount. This month I suddenly noticed that I was forced to pay nearly 3 months emi amount in addition to that amount. I am unable to understand the exact things happened in the emi calculation.                               On August 16th, 2014 I attempted to withdraw money on a SBI ATM (S10A[protected] around 5:15pm. Before I was entering the ATM I was told by a person who came out from the ATM that the machine was not responding. But since I needed money I want to give a try withdrawal of money. After inserting the card, I selected the Banking option and tried entering the PIN. When I entered the first few digits of the PIN, there is no indication on the screen that I entered the PIN and no * (asterisk) appeared. Then, I tried cancelling the transaction by entering CLEAR, CANCEL and everything. The point is that I have not entered the complete PIN. The screen looked to be hanged and was not responding. By that time, there was another person who came in and trying with his card. After I left the ATM, few minutes later I got an SMS that my account has been debited with Rs.10000. I logged into my online account immediately and the transaction was actually happened. I was shocked though I didn't enter the PIN completely and without going into any of the transaction how it had happened. I made a compliant by contacting the customer care with the transaction details. I went back to the ATM to see if anyone had withdrawn the money, but there were people queued up and no one seem successful withdrawal of money from that ATM.                                     dear sir i went sbi atm azamnagar katihar for withdraw money when i wanted to entered in atm then security person came to me and he told me if you want withdraw money you will have to paid Rs. 20 otherwise you cannot withdraw money i opposed who told me even i wanted to enter atm he brought nanda studio shopkeeper that is beside atm who came and replied same i got frusted he misbehavier with me please sir take actiion as soon as possible so that other public do not take bribe him for withdra money contact no.[protected]
