To whomever its concerned, If you don't know then let me tell you All the SBI customers from Pune are just frustrated with this thing. We are unable to receive OTP on registered mobile no. SBI customer care is nothing but just pain. I have logged complaint one month ago and still its status in under process. This is just . The pathetic service of SBI. I recommend you all not to open any type of account in SBI from now onwards and pass it to further. I am closing the account and suggesting the same to everyone araound me.
