Dear sir/ma'am
I am sourabh porwal son of Babulal porwal today (1 st july 2015) we both went our bank sbi branch budhwariya ujjain (m.p.) for some unnecessary debits they are charging for S.I. failure but in my father's account has sufficient balance so how can they are debiting 253 rs per month since last 4 months. so we went and talk to maintenance department of home loan (as written on there board) but they are not listening and solving our problem and uses abusing words so i try to record all this on my phone but they all snitched my phone and called guards and throw us outside the branch .
we show him bank statements for all debits and balance they are not accepting their fault and saying that their is nil balance on your account . we have all statements for my fathers account details.
now where to go for my problem they will always debit 253 rs per month .
