State Bank Of India — unmarking the lien amount in my Savings account.

I hold savings account #[protected] in State Bank of India Market street branch. I have created virtual card for amount of 50000 and cancelled the card on same day i.e. on 5th March 2015 but till date amount has been marked as lien amount. I have raised tickets to technical support team and they said the amount has been released and marked as available but still it shown as lien amount. I have reached to Branch manager and he has been trying to get the amount marked as lien to available but still no luck. Could anyone help me in resolving the issue. Regards, Pradeep
