Respected sir/madam,
My name is Ali, Iam also a SBI account holder bearing no. [protected]. Iam very glad to contact you. why Iam here is, I have taken a golden at your SBI branch, kadiri. Today, 20/01/2015, Iam visited there to deposit some amount into my gold loan account. Clerks are not taken deposit amount and guided me to go and ask for deposit form to the assis. manager. when I approached him and asked for deposit form he replied very harshly "there is no need to pay just go". And after I questioned him, ATM deposit machine not accepting gold loan deposit and online machinery's which are kept in showfi type, they are not working properly. How can I pay the gold loan? Is there any other possiblity? As a responsible person, he must answer politely and have to be help to clear this situation. If anyone want to deposit amount, after a long awaiting of 2 hrs., it is possible. These problems which are facing civilians and senior citizens and students. These are not visible to any higher official to solve the problems which are facing people. In before, SBI is a foremost important, good will bank which serve people with a good passion. Now why the quality of service is fallen? Is there not any supervision ? if any one died by standing on que then only these problems will visible to you. sorry for any mistake or any hatred speech within this Iam apologise to you. Please rectify my complaint and do favourable desissions to clear this and take appropriate action aginst this.
