State Bank of India — Withholding my Original Title Deed, although I have closed the HBL loan account in 2005

With due respect, I beg to state that, I availed a House building Loan in the year 1992 by depositing my original title deed at the EM notified centre than.
I closed my loan account in the year 2005.
But till date my original title deed is not given back to me.
I request for early delivery of my original title deed.
