i always pay my mobile bill through e payment facility of sbi. this time i paid the mobile bill of rupees 112 through e payment. of bank. after this payment the mobile company conveyed that it has not received the amount. When i asked to the mobile company the staff also said that they have not received the amount.when i proceeded to sbi branch the staff said that the amount is debited from the bank. e payment statement is also shows that the transaction is failed. .after all it is clear that the mistake is of bank, so the bank shout refund my amount at the earliest.
