State Bank Of India — Wrong deduction of ATM Annual Maintenance fee for cards not issued/received

I have my Savings account (A/C No: [protected]) in your branch since 2005. When I went through my A/C statement of Feb 2015, I found that an amount of Rs.112.36 has been debited from my account twice on 19.02.2015. When I tried to clarify with the Branch, after number of calls, I was informed that I am using two ATM cards and that the amounts deducted were towards the annual maintenance charges for the two cards. But When I clearly stated that I have been issued only one card in 2007 (After blocking of a card which was missed in 2007), they could not provide a suitable answer to sort out this issue and asked me to contact the Toll free number [protected] for blocking the second card. When I contacted the Toll free number, I was informed that I have been issued two cards and the deduction of money was towards the annual maintenance charges for the two cards. But when I asked for the details of the second card number, the customer care person could not give me the details and informed me that he is blocking that card with immediate effect and asked me to contact the branch for further clarifications. This is to inform you that I was issued an ATM Card bearing number[protected] in 2007 (After blocking of the previous card). I am operating only this card since 2007. I have not applied nor have been issued a second card as mentioned by the Bank. I am unable to understand when the second card said to be operated by me was issued. I am annoyed to know that Annual maintenance fee for the two cards are debited from my account for the past eight years. This is highly unethical and unfair for a largest Bank like State Bank of India to act on wrong assumptions and cause me mental tension and loss. It is sad to note that the branch or the call centre could not give me a convincing answer with a clear proof that I operate two ATM Cards. I also wonder how could the Bank issue two ATM Cards for a Single account holder?. I request you to help me to get the refund the annual maintenance fee debited from my account for the last 8 years along with interest. I am sure that with the existing facilities available with SBI it is not impossible to find out my banking operations and ATM transactions and identify where the problem occurred.
