State Bank Of India — Wrong deduction of money and Failure of Internet Banking System in SBI as compare to Private Banking System.

i am customer of your SBI and my a/c is [protected].i visit to main branch SBI Hisar regarding my problem of wrong deduction.Mr D K Gogia said that problem would be solve with in 24 hrs but now two month passes away and no solution.Again i visited SBI branch but rude behaviour. Actually, .Now A/c [protected] shows zero balance.it may cause of plenty's and unnecessarily, time wastage and paper work. i also intimated concern branch and main branch by email dated 27 Nov 2016.its raises feeling of harassment .Finally after one month i have putted his matter on GM& AGM SBI Chandigarh desk on dated 27 Dec 2016 by email.I also try solve matter by calling customer of SBI, at 1 :09 PM on dated 31 Dec 2016.Mr Roy was on the line but they cannot just see detail of my A/c.Completely failure of such a BIG and ESTEEMED Banking Institution.No coordination No Cooperation. I needs my money back.Please dissolve problem.
