Sir/Madam After receiving my new SBI credit card bearing no [protected], i am surprised to see that cvv number was appearing of 2 digit and when i lodged complaint about this you have issued and delivered me a new card on 23.06.2015. Now when i inquired about other details related to myself, it was very surprising for me that my mobile number appearing in your system is wrong i.e [protected] instead of [protected]. Today it has also been corrected when i contacted your helpline number[protected]. Now let me know what i have to do, as your representative suggested to submit your id proof.
