I ordered 3 phone covers on 18th november 2018 and i made the payment through paytm. I got a confirmation from ccavenue about the order. I did not get any notification about my order status except for a mail about the order id received from ccavenue. When i tried to track my order it says order not found. The order id is 738558_18111849 and ccavenue reference number is[protected]. I need the refund or the products delivered asap. Please take necessary actions against this company.
