My order id = 1389468 Order date = 23/03/2019 Order total =219 rs. Payment method = upi/paytm I oder 2 case and after successfully payment they show on website payment failed. But money redeemed from bank account. They are not show response helpline number is switch off all the time. And provide fake emai id. Please solve issue. Attached screenshot.
