[Resolved] Stayclassy.in — ordered 3 phone cases and paid, but not delivered

I ordered 3 phone cases for redmi note 5 pro on december 7, 2018 and paid the total amount of 497 rs through my paytm account which have attached the screenshot of paytm and the order below. Then after payment done it shown “your payment is pending though it was deducted. Then i tried to cancel the product but unfortunately it wasn’t cancelled and its showing processing till date..
I tried a multiple times contacting them but the helpline numbers mentioned on the site were always switched off. Once i sent them a written query also still didn’t get the response.
