[Resolved]  Stayclassy.in — product undelivered

I order iphonex phone case it has been 9 days when will my order be delivered? Either give me my product or refund my amount
On contacting the customer care no of the company it is switched off no mails are being answered no tracking details
On calling the courier service which is supposed to deliver my order they are telling that the company has not yet shipped the product to the courier agency
The product is being shown as processing since last 5 days
How should i approach stay classy to get my product?
The product was worth rupees 700

I ordered a tempered glass for my phone. I paid for my order but no response from these guys after a week even. The support phone numbers are switched off. My order number is 976152.
