Sterling Holiday Resorts — Cancel my membership and refund my money back

I have not used any of the services from sterling holidays till now and asking them to refund the amount i have paid for the membership. I have paid them more than 2 Lacks till date and when i ask them for cancellation of membership and refund the amount back, they are refusing to payback the amount. Tried calling so many times and sent mails regarding the same but, till date i did not get proper response from them.

Reason for cancellation:
Customer service is pathetic and there is no value for the money i paid. Cannot believe them anymore.

Resolution: Cancel my membership and refund the amount i have paid till date.
