It all started on 8th March 2016 when we decided to take their membership after their sales executive gave us a false and rosy picture regarding their sterling holiday plan. I have not used any of the services from sterling holidays till now and asking them to refund the amount i have paid for the membership. I have paid them more than 2 Lacks till date and when i ask them for cancellation of membership and refund the amount back, they are refusing to payback the amount.
