[Resolved]  Sterling Holidays Resorts — aac charges

My membership number is vts 20468, and i am member of sterling times share since 1994 under 99 years lease agreement.

I have utilised the services of the company only twice or thrice. My observations areas under:
(A) aac started by company is a breach of trust with customers, specially customrs who are more than 20yrs old.
(B) aac being charges at exhorbitant rates. Apart from aac charges they are again charging charges for room occupancy.
(C) no efforts by the company to facilitate customers to go on holidays.
(D) hundreds of calls recd to pay outstanding aac. Each executive told to resolve issue of waiver of aac with top management of company or some decisonmaker to call back but no such call recd.
(E) aac charges for 1 year is around 5700/- against which we get 7 days holiday (Approx 800/- per day), they are charging 1200/- per day room occupied so the total comes to 2000/- and if we book a room as walk in customer the same is available at 2227/- (Copy attached) then what is meaning of paying for sterling membership.
(F) aac charges should not be charged for the year in which holiday is not taken.

My request is to waive off aac for more than 20 year old customers who have bought the older product ie 99years timeshare. Or else not to take any room occupancy charges.
