[Resolved]  Sterling Holidays Resorts — annual maintenance charges every year without information

I am sterling holiday member (Membership no. 1209339) since more than 4 years and every year they increase maintenance charges without any information to me. When we go for booking they ask for higher maintenance charges mentioning that this year maintenance charges has been increased. This year they have gone to next level and mentioned that your last year partial charges are also pending so you need to pay that including this year increase charges. I paid complete amount of my last year charges in last year (2017 jan) start only. They don't provide any explanation for that as well.
I am fed up with this but i made mistake by paying huge membership fees which was wasted and i feel it every time i plan my travel.
Need help to get refund of proportionate part of my membership fees i paid and get away from them forever.
