Still haven't heard from the team.

It's been four months. No accurate response.

Mohammed and imaran two employees have cheated me. Sterling should take action against them.

Why they have given false information and taken money from me in feb and they dont respond now.

I hope you understand this falls under forgery case. Which i'm going to file against the company.

For records not done till today.

Just want to understand why the refund is not initiated.

There was wrong sale done in the first place then i was ask to wait for 2 months for refund which i did in good gesture.

But now more than 70 days no refund done.

Bank transfers are on we are doing bank transaction daily.

Its customer money which has been taken and needs to refunded as per company policy.

I hope you understand what its mean and what you are doing by going against your company policy.

There are no emails from your side indicating there will be delay. When i followed up with you said and you will check and update.

Which you didn't honor.

This how customer are treated?

I hope this you resolve the issue. I understand lock down situation. Being a professional i am working and honoring what is committed to all my partners and vendors.
