I bought a 25 year membership trusting this company and had 3 wonderful experiences with them, had minute problems but all were solvable . this time water is way above over head, i called for the booking of Kanha sterling resort and after talking to 5 persons of the customer care, the final response was that they will provide me 3 rooms from 7 november to 10th november, where as my request was for 3rd november to 6th november still i agreed, now they told me that though i have my membership, the property of kanha is not owned by them, so i had to pay mandatory food charges that is 650+tax/per head/per night . we were planning a trip of 9 adults, in which we will have to pay around 18k for our stay .
online charges for the same room after applying some offers were 3200/room for 4 person, including complimentary breakfast, that will be a total of 19200 ffor 9 people. now if i use my sterling member ship after paying a lumpsum amount of 4.5 lacs for 25 years membership, ill be paying 13k for maintenance charges, where exactly is my membership usefull? this was a total scam for me right ?
