Membership number-1238412
I have not yet received the physical kit and as per the status from your end and dtdc end it’s showing delivered. Inspite of doing follow up there is no response from 07th may 2018 and it going to be a month. If the start is so bad then kindly let me know about further else i request you to kindly refund the amount paid and cancel membership as your customer support and r. M. Are not supportive as much they must be, i have to call them they have no courtesy to update client.
Kindly update asap.

After receipt of Physical kit have noticed that below things are missing in the same:-
1.Membership card
2.Amazon firestick/Resort vouchers
3.RCI Log in credentials.
