[Resolved] Sterling Holidays Resorts — service and advertising | |||
Hi we book hotel after getting confirmation from one o[censored]r hotel staff that there is clear road in simla kufri resort, but when we reach shimla road was completely close, some how due to ur amenities like hot pool and jacuzzi attract us to manage to reach ur resort as ur staff also know road is completely close and getting lift from local police after reaching here (3to4) drive to shimla so poor service from ur staff as we ask some bread butter to eat firstly decline and after requesting many times we got 4 slice of bread between 4 adults and 1 kids, we ask liquor as heavy snow decline again, we ask for hot pool and spa or jacuzi as one o[censored]r staff told me we keep close in winter time so plz why u do advertising wrong on website which attract us to come here, we can easily stay at simla with same price in other resort, completely unhappy with supervisors behaviour, as he should understand how we reach the hotel after waiting for 8 hours with out food and drink!!! We r here for holidays not struggling, i should comapansate!!! Thank you so much and looking forward to see on this issue. Not worth it at all.. After staying in room prefer to stay in shimla next time for sure.. Not value for money at all.. Big no.. Was this information helpful? | |||
