[Resolved] Sterling Holidays — Selling rooms to non-members | |||||
I have been a blue studio member and when i try to book a room in the same blue period, i get a reply that rooms are not available. At the same time i was shocked to see that rooms are available for sale to outsiders on make my trip and other websites at the same resorts in which i was not given a room. After having paid lakhs as upfront membership fee, we get only rejection mails and offers to shift to sub-standard hotels. This is highly unethical and illegal practice from sterling. I would take this legally. Suggest not to become members in this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
