Hi, I am filing a case in consumer court against sterling holidays for their bad service, false commitments and fraud . If and body faced the same problems with sterling holidays and want to file a case then plz contact me, so that we can file a case together. Also, if someone has already won the consumer court case against sterling, I would like to request for a copy of the court judgement so that i can make my case more strong . Even I would like to file a case in consumer court against sterling holidays for their bad service, false commitments and fraud...and non refunding the Membership amount...
I lost Rs.30, 000 as down payment...

The purpose of this email is to share my experience with you till now, which has not been good at all. Following are my experiences with your organization, Sterlings Group :
1. Your sales representative, Gagan & Rishu, sold the membership on False promises and commitments.They informed that the holidays locations are expanding and the resorts will increase by 4 to 5 more, in 5 to 6 months .They also promised me that the service quality in your resorts, will be better than 3 star. None of these promises were met and I am very disappointed (check email dated 26/6/2013 1:12 PM ).
2. The service quality of "4 night welcome holiday" in Dharmshaala, was not up to standards .I was dissatisfied with the overall experience of this trip. When I complaint about the above experience, you gave me an excuse that it was because, Dharmshala's property was a leased one and not Sterlings group owned prope(check email from your records )
3. After all this, you gave another "4 night Welcome holiday" and this time I decided to go to a place where the property was Sterlings group owned.And I decided for Puri.The Rooms condition was quite disappointing during check-in, But since I had already paid for the rooms, I have to stay there.Otherwise, If I was a normal customer and not a member, I would have never taken those rooms.(see all pic from my feed back mail )
Stated the above 3 disappointing and annoying experiences, I am now completely dis-satisfied with your Holiday membership. Of all these experiences, my worst experience was with Ratnakar (in Puri), because of which I have to deal with lot of embarrassment in front of the
guests who came with me to Puri. I am sure, Ratnakar has commission with the travel agency and that's why when I hired the taxi for Railway station, personally and not via resort, he threatened the driver not to take us to the railway station and drop us back to the resort.This spoiled my entire trip experience and is now one of the most pathetic and unforgettable experience of my life till
now. I am also sure, that its not only Ratnakar, but all the entire resort management is involved in this.Other guests in that resort, have had almost the same kind of experience(Please see the image, which has feedback from other guests).
Now, even after complaining and sending emails about my experience (in Puri), I did not receive any apology phone call, neither from your Chennai nor from the Delhi office. Only Mr. Paul called me to know about the incident. Its such a shame, that when it comes to collection of payment, I get calls from all your offices for reminders, but for apology, nobody even bothered to call even once.When ever I complain, I always get the same kind of reply in email.The reply states that my complain has been forwarded to the upper management with the promise that I will not face those issues next time.This drama has been going on for 2 years now and still I see no change and have gone though 3 bad experiences already. I think you will continue to perform like this for the next 25 years and therefore I don't see any point in continuing with your membership.
Now take your own decision...that membership is usefull or not
