[Resolved] Street Style Store — Order not delivered-delayed 40 days

I ordered from Street Style Store on 24th december but the product is not yet delivered, I already paid for my order and there is no mail chain and no proper contact number of their site. You cannot contact them thwy never pick the call and everytime i mail to them they say it will be delivered in 7 days. Now they are not even replying to my mail. I ordered boots for 1200rs. I even asked the mto cancel my order and refund my amount but i no reply no messages no contact. Also I am not sure if the address of the shop given is correct or not otherwise i will go to their shop and cancel my order and take back my money. I don't understand what is taking them 40 days to deliver from their shop in New delhi to Noida where I stay. Order num: 416343

To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. We are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

Customers do compare us with giants like amazon, flipkart and so but there is lot of inputs and labour to be done to become a full fledged one. The same thing customers don't get and start maligning our reputation. But we state that we shall be producing best quality at a very cheap rate. Our designs are attractive and we are working on our grey parts to be a perfect e-commerce.
