[Resolved] Street Style Store — Product not delivered, payment taken

I ordered 3 pair of footwear on 06 jan, 2016 and I made online payment. I did not get my product yet. I sent a mail on 25th jan, 2016 regarding my order like when it will get delivered, they allotted me some ticket id and said your product will dispatched with in 5-6 days and once the order will be shipped, you will receive a mail from us.

Now, its been 10 days product is not being dispatched yet. Although, I sent them mails about the status of my product now they are not responding and also their contact number is not working.

To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. We are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

Customers do compare us with giants like amazon, flipkart and so but there is lot of inputs and labour to be done to become a full fledged one. The same thing customers don't get and start maligning our reputation. But we state that we shall be producing best quality at a very cheap rate. Our designs are attractive and we are working on our grey parts to be a perfect e-commerce.
