I have taken a advertisement package with sulekha.com in february 2018. They committed me of almost 25-30 leads a month and that too verified leads but what is happening now, i got almost 4-5 leads in a month that too are fake or of the worst quality. Beware this lady amul n her services is fake they will get convince in whatever salary you fix, they come and take advance like 3000 rs plus 500 rs registration and promise next day onwards maid will come but no maid no response from them this lady amul will tell she will return money but fact is they are cheater note this number [protected] and landline on sulekha sai mathi manpower as well fake, cheaters and they have many agency listed...

I advertised on Sulekha.com for my property at Hyderabad which I wanted to rent out. First I selected the free advertisement option and later upgraded to premium option of advertising. My expectations were that my advertisement will be among the first ones to show up when anyone searches for available properties in the area where my property is located. Despite paying ₹47, 745 (after discount), I've received inadequate support and results. Our agent, Madhubala, initially promised 50-60 leads per month, but the actual performance has been subpar.
After multiple follow-ups, my profile was registered in the fourth week. As of today (April 21, 2025), I've received only 17 leads, which are not relevant to my business needs. When I contacted customer care, they redirected me to Agent Madhu, citing no further assistance.
I feel misled by Sulekha's marketing claims and the commitments made by Agent Madhu. I urge you to review this matter and provide a suitable solution.
