If this the way sulekha handles the disputes then I am sorry to say that I will go to abortsman and file a case against sulekha.com . I will make it sure that sulekha.com gets blacklisted who hires such frauds. I went ahead with the deal on the trust of your name .
Instead of putting the whole blame on the customer your team should put an effort in locating the fraud agent and his alliances to make sure he does not cheat the people under your name
