We pick one person for interiors from sulekha. He called and started the basic work. We paid 40% advance. But after that he is not responding properly.

Whenever we call he will say, i am near, will come in 1 hour like this. But he will not come and continuing the same.

The same person came from justdial, he asked laptop hire for 4days, DATE 19082016 and gave one visiting card with the address of ELEVATE TRADERS, No 2c f block, imperia phase -1, vgn 3rd main road, mahalakshmi nagar, thiruverkadu, chennai 600 077. but STILL he has not returned our laptop, i visited that place he is not present that time, i made complaint in that flat admin office, later he messaged and told, i will give laptop with in 4 days but not did. he told that he doing paper plate manufacturing machine markting with lady of sudha [protected]. she also cheated lady. both have the profession to cheat.
